A lively, mouth-coating red wine blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from a consistently good producer. This vintage offers aromas of minty blackberry on the nose with fleshy black plum on the palate. Round, supple and satisfying with a great finish. Try it with gourmet hamburgers and all the fixings.
Shiraz Cabernet food pairings: pizza, hamburgers.

Deep purple in colour. Boysenberry and mulberry aromas with a hint of cedar and pepper. Similar berry fruits show through on the opulent, textured palate with a lingering finish.

|Opulent and brooding Australian Shiraz that's a blend of 55% Shiraz and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon for the 2012 vintage. The wine was matured in both new and used French and American oak barrels. The Jip Jip rocks are an outcrop of 350 million year old red granite near the family's vineyard in the heart of the Padthway region near Morambro Creek. - Community Wine Reviews|
