Reviews and Ratings

Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Expertly crafted in Tasmania, Australia’s home of great sparkling wines, this pleasing Cuvée is vinified with the fruit grown on selected, cool climate vineyards across the island. Seductive aromas and flavours of honeysuckle, lemon and wild strawberries with a whiff of toasted hazelnuts. Perfectly balanced with bright acidity, creamy, luxurious mouthfeel and fine, persistent mousse. Clean, polished, lingering brioche-tinged finish. Perfect for special occasion sipping paired with succulent oysters. Tasted June 2017. Tania Thomas – www.runawaygrape.com
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Made from Chardonnay grapes; delightfully crisp and refreshing with citrus, green apple and toasty notes and plenty of fine fizzy bubbles. Wonderful with grilled shrimp skewers in a lemon-pepper rub.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Major floral aromas with thousands of tickling fizzy bubbles on the palate. Flavour notes include baked apple, citrus, and pear. Enjoy this light refreshing bubbly with smoked fish canapés. Tasted Feb 2017 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca

A delightful Cuvee fizz showing citrus, brioche and tropical fruit aromas and flavours, with fine effervescence.

This winery has been making sparkling wine since 1986. It uses a unique method to make sparkling wine called "Methode Tasmanoise." Finishes with toasted almond and nougat flavours. - Community Wine Reviews
