Natalie's Score: 90/100

A mouth-wateringly juicy red with bright cherry, raspberry and mocha notes. Smooth, silky and medium-bodied. This wine was aged in French oak for four months. Very food-friendly and versatile. Terrific effort!

Pinot Noir food pairings: salmon, pate, roast chicken or turkey.

Darlene Myers CAPS Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

One of my favorite Canadian Pinot Noir wines for the quality and the price. The Pinot Noir grape loves our cool climate and Inniskillin nailed it. A beautiful ruby red color with cherry and earthy tones. Extremely food friendly.
Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels yielding a great finesse and vanilla character to the wine.

Raspberry and intense cherry flavours, combined with polished tannins yield a long finish on this medium-bodied wine.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
