Vintages Wine Panel: The limited edition Winemaker’s Series wines are sourced from several premium vineyards, and are a testament to winemaker Bruce Nicholson’s skill and desire to produce wines of character that are true reflections of the terroir. This blend of 75% Shiraz and 25% Cabernet Franc is a mouth-watering offering. Delightfully deep aromas of spice, vanilla and dark fruit abound. The palate is dry with well-integrated tannins. Exceptionally structured. My note: So smooth and juicy: dare I compare it to smooth jazz? I happen to still love smooth jazz, whatever the trend. This wine has lovely plush plums and mocha. Glides down quickly.

Shiraz Cabernet food pairings: grilled steak, leg of lamb.
