More Wine Reviews and Ratings

rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The 2010 Inniskillin Sparkling Vidal Icewine is a delicious desert wine with fine bubbles, refreshing acidity and notes of apricot, peach and honey. Despite the bubbles, there is no need to worry about getting light headed after a glass or two, since it is only has 9% alcohol. Drink in the next 1-2 years. My impression: NICE to BEAUTIFUL, 90 pts and quite unique (but then again, you are paying for it). Tasted Jan/12.
Attractive honey-gold colour. Lively, enticing nose of apricot, nectarine, floral, peach purée, mango and honeycomb. Fine bead and a creamy mousse, with luscious ripe fruit balanced by a bright ribbon of acidity and a rush of bubbles. A perfect after-dinner sipper. Source: Vintages Wine Panel

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
