A exuberant Pinot with tart bing cherries, cranberry, beetroot, violets and a vibrant, refreshing acidic attack. Lovely fruit purity, silky texture and a nice length. Crafted by Karen MacLaurin and Frederic Picard. I love this style of wine! Available from the winery.

Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled salmon, roast chicken.
