Plush and sexy with a satin-smooth texture. Gorgeous aromas of smokey cherries. Medium-bodied and mouth-watering. How did they [do] it so right for this price? Gorgeous depth with black cherry and smoky aromas. Supple, plush and medium-bodied. Worthy of a sonnet. 4.5/5 Pinot Noir food pairings: pork liver pates, tuna, grilled salmon, roasted chicken, duck and other game birds.

This was a great year for Pinot at Henry of Pelham. This vintage has big mouthfeel, tons of classic earth flavours on the nose and palate and has aged very nicely. A great value Pinot Noir at $16.95. The catch is 2007's will be tough to find, so I recommend buying the 2010 and letting it sit for 2-3 years.
|With intense flavour for a mid-weight red, this wine shows pure berry fruit with a pronounced toasted quality as well as notes of roasted game and bitter chocolate, finishing with fine, mouth coating tannins. Score: 90 Source: Beppi Crosariol, Globe and Mail|
