Lime purity runs through the heart of this refreshing wine. Terrific vibrancy and concentrated flavour but not heavy. Although it's off-dry, it's hard to detect any sweetness other than tree fruit ripeness. Superb effort!

Riesling food pairings: roasted glazed ham, goats cheese or white pizza with mozzrella, Romano and vegetable toppings.
