Henry of Pelham Estate Winery Henry of Pelham Pinot Noir, Speck Family Reserve 2007 Wine Review
, March 5
, February 26
and September 11
Natalie's Score: 92/100Deep, rich and concentrated. Reminds of the power of Pommard, Burgundy, with all its elegance gathered at the center. Black cherry and bright field berries. Velvet smooth texture with a medium-body and a smoky-earth finish. Oh-la-la!
Pinot Noir, Speck Family Reserve food pairings: mushrooms, pork liver pates, tuna, grilled salmon, roasted chicken, duck and other game birds.
