Reviews and Ratings

rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Great minerality, with black red berry fruit characteristics. Almost lower left bank-style 50-50% mix. Nice little wine. Steak or other rare-cooked meats would be good with it. I'm 89 on this wine. (ottawawinejournal.com)
46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot, 6% Syrah. Finely dusty black fruit, refined cassis and a mineral overlay and just a hint of vanilla sweetness. Attractive dry texture even though there’s plenty of dark fruit. Fine tannins and elegant length, with just a slight heat on the finish. Score: 16.5 (out of 20) Source: James Halliday, winecompanion.com.au

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
