Black as night and just as mysteriously exciting. Full-bodied with layers of black velvet to caress your senses and imagination. Pair with hearty meat dishes and hearty love affairs.

The Wine Sisters reviewed this wine as follows:

A lovely wine at an even better price tag, this Syrah dominated red blend (with Grenache & Carignan), is ripe and dense with loads of dark fruit – cherry, blackberry and raspberry, that are slightly jammy, but not over-ripe or sweet. Fruit is balanced by black pepper and clove spice as well as black licorice. Perfect for cold weather sipping by the fire. Tasted November 2012
