Reviews and Ratings

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Great value Pinot Noir - delicious and full flavoured, lingering dark red fruit, lots of cherries and nutmeg, hint of vanilla. Wonderfully balanced.
Louise Wilson - ISG Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pretty strawberry and floral nose with a fruit forward, concentrated, red berry fruit core. Medium bodied with easy tannins and balanced acidity. No food required. A fantastic value, and a great hostess gift. Tasted Jan 2014.
Fun and easygoing, this does not sacrifice varietal character and style for quaffablility - it brings both to the table. Cherry and licorice aromas and flavours ride easily alongside the spice and oak notes. An excellent value, and a crowd-pleaser to boot, this very drinkable Pinot will work with a variety of grilled foods, but will also serve beautifully on its own with rewarding conversation with friends. Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
