Lovely peach and pear aromas mingle on the nose, followed by delightful acidity that perfectly balances the tropical tree fruit flavour. Very friendly food wine.
Riesling food pairings: white fish, grilled prawns in a lemon-herb sauce, pork tenderloin.

Nose of lemon peel, ripe white peach.
Wonderful citrus and lemon marmalade on the palate, good length and mineral notes. Not quite aging petrol, but definite depth.
Ever so slightly off-dry, a few years on the acid is nicely holding its structure.
Tasted February 2016.
|Interesting mix of aromas here, with lime blossom, grapefruit, peach, mineral and petrol each making an appearance. There’s a nice juiciness on the palate, which has a medium body, and sharp minerality and crisp acid bringing balance. Fresh, with a suppleness to the mouth-feel. Medium-long finish.
