Vibrant and alive with ripe white peach notes. Mouth-watering and medium-bodied. Very versatile with food. Pinot Gris food pairings: Pan-Asian dishes.

The winery’s signature white is overtly ripe, offering a mix of mineral, red apple with honey and lychee notes. The attack is similar with cherry, citrus, honey, melon flavours. The palate is appealing, if a bit on the sweet side, but this makes it the perfect wine to cool down and accompany spicy, Pan-Asian dishes. Source: The Vancouver Sun, Vintages Wine Catalogue.
