Fleshy plums with gorgeous depth of flavour! Some pepper notes and a lick of licorice on the finish. Full-bodied and smooth. Yum!
Shiraz food pairings: peppered red meats, grilled vegetables, pizza, beef stews.

|Dan Trcka Wine Blogger rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:|
The 2008 Graffigna Centenario Shiraz Reserve is full bodied, with nice, fruity aromas of blackberry, prune and oak. Tannins are tannic and quite forward (decant for 15 min) and the finish is medium and chalky. It could have the potential to evolve if not being sealed by a screw cap. My impression: NICE, 88 pts - on sale till March 27/11. Tasted Mar/10.
|It presents an intense red colour with purplish and bright shades. The nose of black fruit, liquorice and figs. Displays mint and eucalyptus flavours which adds freshness to the palate. Full bodied and buttery. Long and aromatic finish.|
