Incredibly juicy with fleshy ripe purple and black plums and the most seductive aromas of wild violets in the middle of a forest. A profusion for the senses. Make yourself happy.
Grenache Syrah food pairings: marinated beef kebabs.

|Montpeyroux was the summer residence of the bishops of Montpellier, which helped make this village’s wines famous. It is one of a handful of communes within the Côteaux du Languedoc that is allowed its own geographical indication. The nose is quite pretty, with cassis, cedar and bright floral aromas. Medium bodied but with plenty of oomph, it displays a sweet core of cherry and ripe cassis flavours with medium tannins and acidity providing lovely structure and leading to a fleshy finish.
