Reviews and Ratings

Julia Kelada rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

WOW! my fellow followers know I have a bit of expensive taste when it comes to wine, but I am always on the hunt for the gem as you well know. YOOPIE! Here is one I recently found. $17.90..... It's ridiculously amazing for the price, so never just buy one bottle!
The colour is deep and lush, on the nose there is chocolate, plums, blackberries, blueberry pie with vanilla notes!
On the palate there is a fresh acidity and a wonderful dry mouth. The wine starts off with wonderful mineral tones, a touch of herb, thyme, then transforms into a display of black cherries, then chocolate, pepper and licorice....a fantastic display of character and a perfect finish with good tannins. It's a hit!

This is a drinkable wine straight from the bottle but I did prefer decanting it for an hour to really allow the truth of the flavours to present themselves!

Bottoms up!

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
