Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:
This crowd-pleasing rosé is vinified with the fruit grown along the Mediterranean coast that stretches from Spanish border all the way up to the city of Nîmes, an area blessed with the warm, windy climate and proximity to the sea. A great blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, it’s bursting with aromas and flavours of summer berries with subtle floral notes. Dry, fresh and lively with well-balanced acidity. A great companion to shellfish, colorful summer salads and light desserts. Tasted February 2017. Tania Thomas – www.taniathomas.com.

Pretty ballet slipper pink with a delicate nose of rose petals, fresh cut apple, pear, cherry and wet stone. Dry with some lingering acidity and minerality. Perfectly timed for Valentine's Day, this sweetheart of a bottle is capped with a delicate glass topper and carved open rose bottom. Dressed to impress and all for just under $19.

It's gorgeous! I buy it by the case! Lovely floral, peachy, red apple aromas up front with juicy pink grapefruit and steely mineral flavours on the palate. It's dry, has a juicy mouthfeel, boasts high acid, and long pink grapefruit finish. Also, credit has to go the elegant rose bottle packaging. It's beautiful. Enjoy with tuna tartar. Heady floral aromas combined with lime and cranberry carry through on the palate with a lingering crispness - perfect with light fish! The bottle is gorgeous, making it a lovely hostess gift or conversation piece at your next gathering.
Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:
Once you get past admiring the beautiful bottle with the glass stopper and carved rose on the bottom you can enjoy this soft pink rose. Light floral aromas combine with zesty lime and crispy apple on the palate to make an enjoyable wine. It would be great with sushi or a nice summer salad with chicken.
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:
Gerard Bertrand seems to have a collection of interesting Southern French wines. From reds, like Les Aspres, to his Mauzac based Limoux named in honour of Francophile Thomas Jefferson.
The extraction method favoured by Provençal winemakers gives it the distinctive pale, rustic pink colouration.
Aromas of dried thyme and sage. These rose styles are more subtle than their counterparts in Tavel, or other places where they are extremely deep and bubblegum coloured.
Only a little fruit to it. Some apple skin, ranier cherry, and nectarine to the palate, with some solid minerality.
Pair it with scampi or crab cakes.

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah varietals. Pretty pale apricot colour in decorative bottle with mild nectarine aromas on nose. The palate reveals peach, nectarine, Rainier cherry with slight licorice and lavender. Medium-bodied, dry and smooth. Elegant enough to be a gift wine. Kick off brunch or enjoy with smoked salmon and cream cheese on bagels.

Rose petals, strawberry and cranberry on the nose and palate. Medium body, crisp acidity and long, strawberry finish. Food-friendly and a great staple for your Rose collection. Tasted Nov. 27, 2016.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:
An elegant rosé to match the bottle, very fresh and crisp on the palate, with aromas of red field berries. A good body with a lingering finish of strawberries. Food friendly for lighter dishes of fish or easy to drink all by itself.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:
The packaging for this wine is beautiful - the bottle is elegant with a long stem and engraved rose on the bottom - the pretty pink color in the glass has hints of floral and candied cranberries. The palate is refreshing with strawberry and apple - lovely on a hot Summer day.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:
An interesting, laid-back wine. There are subtle aromas of cranberry, peach, and red roses. The taste is just as subtle. There are creamy tastes of rosewater, tangerine, and cranberry. I'd use this wine for greeting guests, as it would only pair with extremely light foods; drink on its own to appreciate the subtle flavours.
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:
Beautiful bottle resembling cracked ice, with glass enclosure. Low-medium acidity. Unripe strawberry, minerality and grapefruit pith.
Sharon Prionas rated this wine as 82/100 with the following review:
Very light roses with hints of straw on the nose. Apple and acidic on the palette with a bit short finish. Good for sipping on a summer day.
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 82/100 with the following review:
Presented in a long neck bottle with a moulded rose bloom at the bottom, which shows off this rosé bubbly's light pink colour with a gleam of salmon glow. Smells of spicy white flowers and frozen flint. Light mouthfeel and flavours. Lasting sharp acidity. Score 82. (Reviewed Nov. 27, 2016).
This lovely pale-pink southern French rosé is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes with a nose of citrus, strawberries an rose petals. The wine is clean, bright and with good acidity. In keeping with the wine, the bottle for this rosé was created in a competition by students at several design schools in Paris. A rose shape is cut into the wine bottle's glass bottom with has an elegant glass stopper to match. - Community Wine Reviews
