A toasty and refreshing sparkling wine at an incredibly great price! Delicious aromas and flavours of ripe pears and baked bread. Creamy layers of flavour and zippy finish make this bubbly perfect for a cocktail party or dinner companion.

Cava food pairings: toasted baguette, olives, charcuterie, cheese board.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Crisp, clean and refreshing - this Spanish Cava was fruity and aromatic. It's the Spanish version of Champagne if you're not familiar with Cava. Some flavors of apples, pears and white pepper, it's a very refreshing wine that goes well with cheese, salads and bruschetta to name a few. Enjoy!
Corinna Horton rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The bubbles of my thirties... this black bottle has been to many a party. Light and fresh, with undertones of white fleshed fruits, I call this "casual bubbly". Not overly pretentious, it fares well with pasta salads and gourmet hot dogs and at this price point, I find no shame in making a mimosa.
finevines90 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Straw-yellow in the glass and mid+ carbonation. Yeasty and fresh cut apple aroma. Palate displays crisp apple and pear. Good acidity.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Light and fresh aromas of lemon, pear and fresh minerailty. Soft bubbles and a slightly creamy palate. Light and refreshing bubbly! Pair with salty cheeses.
Sara M - WSET Advanced reviewed this wine as follows:

Beautifully balanced with notes of green apple, toast and citrus on the palate. Crisp, refreshing acidity that lasts well into the finish. A great everyday sparkling wine!
