Lovely lime blossom riesling! Light- to medium-bodied, but packed with citrus notes and sunshine. Perfect as an aperitif or companion to seafood dishes. Scrumptious Seafood Wine

Our southern-most and highest altitude section of our vineyard is the site of Nadjas Vineyard – a 2.5 acre block of Riesling sitting on top of a solid bed of limestone. Hand harvested on the 10th October 2011, the grapes were then hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Cold setting took place for 2 days, and the clear juice was then racked and fermented cold in stainless steel tanks over the next month. The wine was fermented close to dryness, and when the optimum balance was achieved the fermentation was stopped naturally by chilling the wine. The wine was then racked of yeast, stabilised and bottled in May of 2012. The Nadjas Riesling involves an absolute minimum of winemaker influence, and is a true representation of the unique flavours of the vineyard from which it is grown.
