The famous winemaker consultant Michel Rolland works with this winery, and his signature is here in the robust, luscious fruit profile of this wine. The vineyards for this wine are located in the foothills of the Andes and the wine is matured in French oak for 8 months. The results is a intensely concentrated wine offering aromas of black plums, cherries and blackberries along with some smoke and fresh vibrant blackberries and toasty oak on the finish. What a delightful wine for meat lovers!

Malbec food pairings: radicchio, lamb cutlets, beef tenderloin.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
