Green melon and lime burst from the glass! Very pleasant and not grassy. Terrific mouth-watering zest with the vitality of a rushing river.

|Handling: Hand Picked into small 25 kg picking bins allowing the fruit to arrive at the winery’s sorting table intact. Fruit was hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Juice yielded less than 600 litres per tonne. Juice was racked into stainless steel tank and barrel for fermentation. Barrel percentage was taken through full malo lactic fermentation.|
Fermentation: Fermented with commercial yeast strain Vin 13. Fermentation temperature set to 12.5 degrees Celsius, began November 5th 2009. Wine was fermented to dry.
The wine was kept on lees until 25th January 2010.
