A lovely, medium-bodied Niagara white wine blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Floral, aromatic and off-dry, this is a terrific aperitif or companion to fresh seafood. Finishes with apple blossom. Pair with medium curries and spices as well. Great price.
Food pairings: Caesar Salad, fried Gruyere cheese sandwich, raclette.

|Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:|
very ripe flavours reminiscent of tropical fruits. Note the off-dry style here. Asian cuisine or as an aperitif. This wine never takes a year off - consistent quality and value.
|The Niagara Peninsula wine region, Featherstone's Four Feathers (2016) is a crowd-pleaser, medium-bodied white wine blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Floral, aromatic and off-dry, this is a terrific aperitif or companion to fresh seafood or light curries. To ward off the birds that attempt to dine on the sweet wine grapes in the vineyard, co-owner Louise Engel flies Amadeus, a Harris's hawk. - Community Wine Reviews|
