Dry and pleasantly bitter with black fruit and some dark spices on the finish. Rustic and ready to drink when you are.

Malbec food pairings: grilled meats, braised meats.

Gold Medal at the 2010 Concours des Vignerons Indépendants, in Paris. This Malbec shows great depth on the nose with rich blackberry, plum, cedar, spice and fresh herbs. The palate follows suit, reaffirming the complexity promised by the nose. Dry and medium bodied, it is made in a nice lean style, with crisp acidity, firm but not overly grippy tannins, and a focused and lengthy finish. Very approachable now, and will also reward 3+ years in the cellar. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
