Pale in colour, as is true to the style, notes of gooseberry, herbs, minerality, and lovely tropical fruit notes of mango, papaya and melon.
Soft flavours that are very well balanced and rounded, and showing bright fruit notes.

Great deal for the price! The winemaker strived to make a wine that was true to character with this Sauv Blanc, creating a crisp and refreshing wine with an intense fruity and herbaceous aroma.
Grown in a dry environment where vine roots have dug down deep to reach schist soil which provides intensified aromas and flavours as well as minerality. 2012 was a hot vintage, so grapes were harvested early in the season to retain acidity.
Pale yellow, with intense aromas of Gooseberry, green herb, lime, and pineapple. Palate adds minerality and grapefruit. Very refreshing and a clean finish.

This crisp, intense, nervy Sauvignon Blanc has an herbacious nose with citrus lime and fruity notes, repeated on the palate. High acidity.very refreshing.
