The sign of a nice glass of wine? It's finished before the appetizer arrives. Grassy, citrus medium bodied Fume Blanc as they called it in Quebec. Well chilled with the right amount of acidity to quench thirst at the end of a hot, sticky run in the Gatineau Hills. A great #WineForRunners
