Do you like to golf? Ernie Els is a smooth swinging golfer. The Big Easy is Ernie Els and his wine is a powerful fruit driven wine a full bodied flavour. The nose exhibts dark berry fruit and spice notes. On the palate more blackberry and spice leading to a nice smooth finish. Score this one a birdie. Good match with a strip loin straight off the grill.
|This savoury, juicy, lip-smacking red is dried herbs, spice and wild blackberry on the nose and palate. Pair with a ribeye steak.
