Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

From Marlborough, NZ, a Sauv Blanc with pretty tropical fruit & floral notes. Lots of grass, floral and tropical fruit on palate with lemon rind. XD, good acidity, lemony finish.
Tasted Sept 2016
Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

The Awatere Valley is one of the most special grape growing region in Marlborough, New Zealand. Cooler and drier than surrounding regions, the fruit grown in this region struggle a little more for water, sunshine and warmth, ultimately creating a very complex and aromatic wine.

Very floral and tropical on the nose, that transform to a zippy citrus finish. Perfect with a variety of foods, including creamy pasta dishes and fish.
Tasted June 2017.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A lively and pert Sauvignon Blanc from Awatere Valley, NZ. Lime and lemon citrus with ripe tropical fruit; Guava, pineapple and aromatic apple skins. A metallic element also present, grass and gooseberry finish. Medium body, nice acidity. Zesty and bright. A good pairing for lemon herbed chicken and cilantro thai noodles. 90 points - tasted April 2017
The Eradus family makes this Sauvignon Blanc with its vibrant, herbal and zesty lime lift through the mid-palate. Clean and refreshing on the finish. Perfect for fresh seafood and shellfish with its mouth-watering acidity. - Community Wine Reviews
