Very herbal, grassy and refreshing. A herbaceous finish with chives and lemongrass. Great with salads.
Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: cheese, shellfish, Caesar salad, corned beef and cabbage, turkey pot pie.

|Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:|
Pale gold in colour, this lively and refreshing wine has flavours of pear, lime, grapefruit, passion fruit, and ginger. The flavours last on the mouthwatering finish.
Drink now, or keep until 2015.
Pair with goat cheese, cream soups, or sole in an herb cream sauce.
Date tasted: February 2014.
