Will the "new" generation ever develop a taste for sherry? I hope so. This one has alluring aromas of hazelnuts and coffee. Matured By José Luis González Obregó.
Fino Sherry food pairings: tapas, nuts.

Another fine Lustau Sherry.
Nose of hazelnuts, almonds, dried white raisins, brine, dried fruit bar - and almost a hint of miso.
On the palate, dry with an oily texture, savoury notes and dried fruits. Long finish that holds all those fruits and nuts and just begs for a bowl of olives, grilled sardines and other tapas.
Tasted February 2015
