A tasty, well-priced, full-bodied organic red with aromas of dark fruit and vanilla-smoke.

Carmenère food pairings: pulled-pork sandwiches, barbecued ribs, pasta with a meat-based sauce.

As part of their commitment to eco-conscious farming, Emiliana employs chickens, moved through the vineyards in wheeled coops, to help combat insects. This is a delicious Carmenère with black cherry, spice, vanilla and leather aromas. The palate is dry, full bodied and crisp, with lush fruit and spice notes, and a medium-long finish.
