Crisp and clean and refreshing. This does have mouth-watering acidity but it's not the searing attack of acidity that you find in some wines from this region. Lovely as an aperitif or companion to fresh seafood.

Albariño food pairings: linguine with crab meat, mussel Portuguese, crab cakes.

Reviews and Ratings

This white wine is made from the Albariño grape from the Rias Baixas wine region in Spain. Eidosela (2015) is refreshing with bracing acidity and is a perfect pairing to grilled seafood. This acidic Spanish white wine offers lime and grapefruit aromas. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
