Classic German Riesling with ripe peach and pear and a laser-focused minerality through the core. Mouth-watering acidity. Packed with flavour yet not heavy. Medium-bodied.

|Ryan Hindmarsh rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:|
This Riesling is made from grapes harvested from vineyards that are on 60 degree slopes! The picture of the vineyard height makes me nauseous. The wine doesn’t. It’s like eating a Sweet Tart while licking a 9-volt battery. This wine is sweet and spritzy, has a really cool mouthfeel, and over-stimulates your saliva production making you want to try it again and again. Good match with spicy thai food and a Gravol (if you’re scared of heights like me).
