Vintages Wine Panel: Gold Medal winner at the 2010 Concours des Grands Vins de France, in Mâcon. A pretty, very approachable Pinot Noir with aromas of cherry, plum, spice, earth and beetroot. This dry, flavourful wine is a worthy candidate for mid-term cellaring (2-4 years). My note: Very light and acidic… I like that but you may not. Tart cherry with a fleeting nature. Pinot Noir food pairings: coq au vin, stuffed veal tenderloin, roasted herbed chicken.
