Vintages Wine Panel: Medium yellow color. This 7-year-old wine is still incredibly youthful. The peach, ripe apple, mineral and yellow plum aromas and flavors are well-supported by a vibrant acidity. Medium in sweetness to start, the fresh tones make it seem dry. Medium-bodied with a lingering finish. My note: Mature Riesling with some deep Asian pear notes and some petrol (good thing) and medium-sweet, lovely notes. So many dishes have sweetness in them: this wine is perfect.

Riesling Spätlese food pairings: shrimp, linguine with pesto sauce.
