Domaines Ott Rosé 2007 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 91/100Love the funky bottle. Here’s pale Rosé for you: delicate but bursting with flavor. A wine of contradictions and one of my favorite Rosés, along with Tavel from the Rhone. Men most assured of their sexuality should drink this wine, and women, of course, should dive nose in. Aromas of ripe, field-picked strawberries and raspberries. Fresh and refreshing. Vintages Wine Panel: The wines of Domaines Ott are revelatory. Filled with flavor and impeccably balanced, they are the pinnacle of Provence. The Holy Grail of rosés, it’s the sort of wine the cognoscenti whisper about.
Rosé food pairings: chicken, salmon, pork, cold cuts, veal, paté.
