Crisp, clean and mouth-watering. Works as an aperitif or versatile food companion to salads, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Much like pinot grigio or vinho verde. This organic wine has just 21 mg/l of free sulphur.

Food pairings: grilled sardines and chopped herbs, herbed pork.

Sam Adams rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Clean and crisp good value
Made from the Moschofilero grape famed for its pinkish skin, this wine sports a charming pale pink hue. Wonderfully aromatic with fresh flowers, marmalade and orange sherbet chiming in. Despite the sweet fruit and floral notions on the nose, the wine is bone dry with lovely crispness and verve. Chill and sip. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
