Domaine Du Grapillon D'or Gigondas 2010 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 93/100Black cherry liqueur and smoky tar down through the core of this blockbuster big red. Superb balanced and structure. Worth this price and more.
Food pairings: marinated steaks, beef brisket.

|Big, deep and brooding with milk chocolate, blueberry jelly, fig, licorice and tar. Quite dry with a medium-full body and ripe, youthful, velvety-textured tannins. Bright acidity gives lift and brings some red berry fruit on the palate, and there’s a savoury herbal note on the finish. You could sock this away for 1-3 years, or enjoy now.
