Reviews and Ratings

Sara M - WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

The Chateauneuf-du-Pape region is known for it's robust reds, but this wine is a white blend of local grape varieties like Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc. Aromas of citrus, cantaloupe and wet stones greet you on the nose and lead into the palate, with an intriguing hint of ginger on the finish. The racy acidity does not overpower the flavours, and the minerality really speaks to the pebble-filled terroir that Chateauneuf-du-Pape is known for. Pairs well with chicken, vegetable dishes and would also be a great match with popcorn and potato chips.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
