Domaine Des Carteresses Tavel Rosé 2012 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 91/100Robust and deeply flavoured for rose, typical of Tavel. Field raspberries and sunset ripeness. Bone-dry and satisfying. Great aperitif or seafood companion.
Rosé food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steaks. Scrumptious Seafood Wine

Watermelon, ripe raspberries and strawberries, and citrus aromas jump out of the glass. This is a very easy drinking, crisp rose with flavours of watermelon, red grapefruit, and raspberries/strawberries.
Enjoy with a snack of assorted cheeses, or simply with friends on a deck.
|Deeply coloured rosé sporting ripe watermelon, candy apple, red grapefruit and garrigue. It’s a serious pink wine with impressive intensity and tons of flavour, and just a slight suggestion of tannin. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, March 2013|
