Clean and crisp: a glorious unoaked chardonnay from northern Burgundy. This is perfect as an aperitif or pair it with a variety of dishes from lobster in butter to roast chicken.
Chardonnay food pairings: steamed mussels with fennel, oysters on the half shell.

|A great value from Chablis, this wine showcases the purity of character of unoaked Chardonnay at its best. The nose is notably floral with citrus and stone-fruit notes. Crisply dry with juicy apple, pear and mineral flavours leading to a tangy, long finish. Well structured yet still light on its feet. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
