Natalie's Score: 91/100Lovely complexity and depth with full-bodied weight. The tannins are still a little rough, so try to hold off a few years before drinking. Decanting 1-2 hours will also help. Lovely black cherry and fresh-turned earth aromas. Long finish.
Food pairings: filet mignon, grilled lamb.

|Outstanding Pinot Noir from the fine 2009 vintage. Aromas suggest sour cherry, plum, underbrush and cedar. Dry with plentiful fruit carrying forward onto the palate which is well supported by velvety tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is clean and generous. This fine-value Premier Cru Burgundy is a good choice. It will also show well with 2-4+ years in a cellar, but there’s no real need to wait. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, May 2012|
