This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsaut. It’s made using the superior saignée method (bleeding off free-run juice after a short maceration on the skins – 18 hours in this case). The wine is a pretty cotton-candy pink colour with aromas and flavours of cranberry and strawberry, and plenty of fresh acidity. A fine rosé to sip and savour, well chilled, in your backyard after a long, hot day. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
