Refreshing and herbal with lime notes. White grapefruit and passion fruit aromas on the mid-palate. Medium-bodied without any heavy oak.
Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: cedar plank grilled salmon, goat cheese and beet salad, mussels steamed in white wine sauce.

|Holly Bruns rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:|
This is my idea of a yummy Sauvignon Blanc: light and crisp it goes down easy with lemon, grass, melon and just a hint of green pea on the nose. There's something a little sweet on the finish, like a jolt of pineapple under all that tart acidity. Great for sipping in the afternoon.
|Our signature white grape variety continues to deliver a crisp, refreshing white wine with the 2010 vintage. The nose has vibrant aromatics of passion fruit, citrus, and tropical notes, as well as typical cool climate grassy undertones. The palate is crisp and focused with tangy acidity bolstering tropical fruit and citrus flavours.|
