Reviews and Ratings

Astrid Young - Sommelier ISG CAPS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Four Mike Creek is probably the most underrated sub-appellation in Niagara. There, i said it. Bursting with ripe raspberry and sweet cherry fruit, shows a slightly reductive note which translates to orange oil, orange brandy or zest, suggesting some dried fruit. Creamy cherry pie and pastry flavors, lovely spicey tones, a hint of clove. Solid acidity carries the layers of fruit through the finish. Whatever you decide to pair this with, you can't go wrong. Charcuterie, pulled pork or cherry pie with icecream. Your call.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Cherry, earth, orange liquor, savoury notes. An expressive Pinot from Niagara on the Lake. Great value. Tasted November 2014. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.nataliemaclean.com
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A fine Pinot Noir from Niagara-on-the -Lake, Ontario showing enticing aromas of ripe cherries, red currant and strawberry-rhubarb jam. The palate continues these fruity elements and develops earthy and spicy nuances and a hint of mocha. Mediumbodied, well-balanced and a delicious slightly spicy ripe fruit finish that ends with a mocha kiss.
Serve with turkey, grilled salmon, duck or dark chocolate.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas include tart cherries, mocha, a hint of cedar and pepper on the nose.
Earthy and slightly smoky. Tart but also some dried cherry and pepper on the palate. Light tannin, nice acidity, medium finish. Try with a roasted pork loin.
