This is wine is made from 100% organic and biodynamic certified grapes. It’s light and lovely with ripe cherries and fleeting summer memories. Good mouth-watering action and perfect for so many dishes, from seafood to roast beef. This organic wine contains just 10 mg/L of free sulphur.

Pinot Noir food pairings: seafood, roast beef.

Andrew Bernardo Wine Journal rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Loads of red cherry and sweet spice on the nose, continuing on the palate with sweet earthy tones and a medium length finish. Pure expression of Pinot Noir. Red fruit almost moving to (or away from?) dark fruit with age. I'm 88 on this wine. (ottawawinejournal.com)
