Clos Du Bois Pinot Noir 2008
Clos Du Bois Pinot Noir 2008 Wine Review
Vintages Wine Panel: Fine, warm-climate Pinot with aromas of black cherry, sandalwood, blueberry, smoke and stewed beetroot. Dry, fruity, flavourful with a very good texture. Ripe centre and fruit-driven finish round out the package. Cellar for 1-2 years, or enjoy tonight. My note: Very pleasant sipper with medium-bodied weight and such a smooth texture. Ripe cherries dance across your mouth then slip down like an ocean sunset. 4.4/5 Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled lamb chops.
