Natalie's Score: 89/100

A lovely, supple and seductive red wine with full-bodied weight that's not heavy. Gorgeous aromas of black cherry, dark plum and anise. This wine is a blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache grapes. About 25% of this wine was matured for 9 months in oak. Concentrated and rich with great food compatibility for dishes like grilled pork and t-bone steak. Cashmere isn't simply the name of this wine, its also the supple, seductive mouth-feel of it.

Named Varietal Blends-Red food pairings: veal, grilled pork, t-bone steak.

"Cashmere" reminds us for luxurious warmth and softness, comfort and decadence. This full-bodied blend red wine offers that as well. - Winery

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
