Cálem is pronounced “CAH-laign,” not “KAY-lem.” Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2010 Selection Mondiales des Vins in Quebec. Complex Port with aromas of dried fig, cherry liqueur, ripe raspberry and mocha. Sweet, ripe and fruity with an intriguing mid-palate spiciness. Enjoy this medium-bodied, long-finishing wine. Having spent an average of ten years in barrel, it does not need to be decanted. It will also last a week or more after opening. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
