Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Inviting aromatics. Dominant notes in this Spanish Garnacha Carinena red wine blend include ripe berries, rose bush, sweet baking spice and leather. Nuances of earthy funk breaks through on the nose from time to time as well. This wine a pretty easy drinking showing complexity and quality - at an incredible bang for your buck! The tannins are integrated and smooth, acidity is high and luscious, body is moderate and structure, and the finish is long and tasty. Lasting notes include cherry, red plum, and dark chocolate. enjoy pairing with lamb or veal stews. Tasted July 2016. @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
